OBT v1.0.2 - bug fixes, weapon and pickups adjustments


So, with the bugfix: this updates fixes a bug with the damage effect, where you could restart the game before the effect ended and it would continue until you got hit or got to the same point when it activated.

For the weapons, I made some balancing. Now Trishot keep rotating at the same speed, hold button or not. The Shotgun has 50 shots the same number as Trishot. This was done because it works similar to the basic weapon and you have to waste a lot of bullets if you want to get to a angle fast.

The pickups are more polished now. They are a little bigger, to make it easier to pick them,  and they have a icon displaying what weapon they contain. They also have an growth effect when they show up and a shrink effect when they end.

Lastly, starting on level 10, when you get past half of the level enemies there will appear a pickup. This one lasts longer than the ones between wave (6 seconds) to mae it easier to pick it and compensate for the fact that you're probably surrounded by enemies at this point.
