Changed Design

So, I decided to work some more on this and really make a game, and not just let it as a prototype XD

First thing first, I decided to change the design of the game levels. I opted for a circular design, since the turret keeps rotating. This also makes sure the enemies get to the turret within the same time, different from the previous iteration, where the distance traversed by each enemy enemies was different.

I added a lifebar around the turret, so it's more organic to check the remaining life.

Also, changed the way I display the wave number to make it a little cooler :P Now it's displayed on the background.

Nice job on the polishing changes! The differences are quite noticeable from the last ver. The circular map and the health bar both feel like changes for the positive, as well as the font change and countdown to each wave.

I’m not sure if you’re looking for any additional suggestions, but sound effects, a music track, and an explosion or screen shake on enemy defeat and when they hit you would make it feel oh so good when playing!

Hey Bretta!

Thanks for the feedback and for the suggestions. 😊

Yes, this game definitely needs sound effects and music.  I feel this is something I will take a while to make right though. I was thinking of adding a screen shake when the player is hit. Seems more natural, and less distracting than when the enemy is hit. But I will experiment with adding shake for when hitting on enemy defeat too (maybe depending on the distance between the turret and the enemy. It could be cool)

Well, I gonna work on this later. Thanks again for playing and for feedback 🙂
