OBT v0.9.3 - added menu, new music

So, for this update, I finally added a menu. The way it work is quite simple: you press the button, you change the selected option. You hold the button, you select the option.
There are currently 3 settings you can change: toogle fullscreen, sfx and music. I'm thinking of changing thes sfx and music settings to adjust the volume later, but for now it's only toggling on and off.

I also changed the game music. The one used earlier was put as a menu music. The new music is 赤い目 red eyes by nojisuma.

Ah, and I changed the displaying of the highscores. Or should I say highscore?

I think I will release v1.0 soon. I need to see what I ca do to improve the performance again for playing on the web on a smartphone (so I can keep playing on my phone of course), as I noticed that it's having some really bad fps drops in this release ( and I don't know why :'(   )...

Well, I don't think I will be making new changes for now. Christmas is there and there are things to do (like figure out what to give to some people). Btw, Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
